  11.    MY WEB TOOLBOX is a collection of utilities designed as an aid in web 
  12.    page design and creation, although its applications are not restricted 
  13.    to that area. 
  14.  
  15.    The utilities have been grouped into subject categories. There are 
  16.    functions which assist in the selection of colours, with an emphasis 
  17.    on HTML and browser colours. Another group relates to image 
  18.    manipulation, including icon extraction and button creation using the 
  19.    icons, cutting images into smaller segments to allow manipulation to
  20.    create great effects,with the remaining being a group of assorted
  21.    functions such as selection of special characters, button creation,
  22.    screen capture, coloured HTML text and thumbnail images of image files.

  24.    NEW WITH VERSION 2.0 - An option has been added which enables the
  25.    creation of multicolour banners which can also contain text, images
  26.    and shapes.

  28.    The program displays best on systems whose video display has been 
  29.    configured for 16 million colours ( 24 bits ). On systems configured 
  30.    for lower colour resolutions, some dithering of the colours will 
  31.    occur.

  33.    The program is self-explanatory, with the user choosing the required 
  34.    selection with the simple click on a button.
  35.  
  36.    No installation is required. The program, this README.TXT file, and 
  37.    order files ORDER.HTM and ORDER.TXT, come in a zipped file called 
  38.    MWTOOLBOX.ZIP, which may be expanded using programs such as WINZIP. 
  39.    WINZIP is available at many sites on the web, or try their home page 
  40.    at www.winzip.com. However, if you are reading this file, it has 
  41.    obviously already been unzipped.

  43.    These instructions and the program are also available on our web site 
  44.    at http://web.one.net.au/~webtoolbox/.

  46.    After unzipping the file into the folder of your choice, simply click 
  47.    on MWTOOLBOX205.EXE to run the program.

  49.    This demonstration version of the program may be used free of charge, 
  50.    but some features have been restricted.

  52.    To receive an unrestricted copy, a registration fee of $20 should be 
  53.    sent to the developer at the address below ( add $6 if the program is 
  54.    to be supplied on disk ). Note that the DISCLAIMER and INDEMNITY 
  55.    conditions stated below apply to the registered version as well.

  57.    On registering, the latest version of MY WEB TOOLBOX will be forwarded 
  58.    as an email attachment only ( unless the additional fee for a copy on 
  59.    disk is paid ). Registration will also ensure the user is advised of 
  60.    upgrades and additional products ( via email only ).
